Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Anvitra's applications and services available at anvitra.ai and indexfusion.org (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Description of Services

Anvitra provides advanced search and data intelligence services through our platforms at anvitra.ai and indexfusion.org. Our Services utilize natural language processing, vector search, and other technologies to help users access and analyze information.

Account Registration and Authentication

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account using Google authentication:

  • You must have a valid Google account to register
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services
  • You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the Services

User Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the following information through Google authentication:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Profile image

This information is used solely for account management and communications with you. We do not share your information with third parties.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable and consistent service, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be available at all times or without interruption
  • The Services will be error-free or that defects will be corrected
  • The Services will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANVITRA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anvitra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anvitra operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anvitra regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
